Conquest Auto File – Premium Automotive Database
Base price includes: Consumer name, address, auto make/model/year, body type, domestic or import codes, fuel type and VIN. Our Conquest Auto File, a premium automotive database, is the most comprehensive, Shelby compliant year, make and model data available in the U.S., boasting over 140 million records available throughout all 50 states. Updated every two weeks, over 1.2 million records are either enhanced or replaced making the Premium Automotive Database the most up-to-date on the market.
Additional overlays are available such as BBV, modeled credit, donor select, income, age and homeowner status, etc. Please contact Ron at Conquest for pricing. Physical Email Append
We can append email addresses to our auto database. The cost includes a 3rd party verification report as well. These are 3rd party commercial email records, so they would need to be launched from a commercial email server or a white listed server. Newsletter platforms such as mailchimp or constant contact would not be able to take a 3rd party file.
Average email deliverability is 94-97%. We provide a 3rd party verification on the appended files. Since we release these emails to you, we no longer have control of what is sent to them so we can’t guarantee the bounce rates of the campaign. Your HTML’s spam score should be less than 2.5 to get the best deliverability and all CANSPAM guidelines should be followed with your HTML creation/subject line / message. On average, our clients normally see about a 10-30% bounce rate when sending out their own HTML’s. 1 year of usage – please adhere to all CANSPAM laws.
Email Launch of Appended Emails from White Listed Server
An email launch includes 2 tests to your HTML coded Ad. You would provide a HTML with embedded links so tracking could be provided on day 3. We would also need the subject line, from line, and 10 test seeds. Allow about 1 week from start to finish. This service doesn’t include output of any physical email addresses.
Match and Deploy Email Services
Our match and deploy service allows you to add an email broadcast to your conquest postal file. With this service, your clients easily deploy a supplemental email campaign alongside their postal mailing campaign. You would provide us with your client’s HTML email message and we would deploy the email to the matching postal records on the day your postal records hit the consumer’s mailbox. With this service, you would not receive a copy of the sent emails. You would receive a match report showing the postal addresses of people who opened or clicked through the HTML.
Digital Targeting: Add digital banner ads to any list
We have partnered with a digital ad targeting company that can push banner ads out to the records at their actual house via any wi-fi connected cell phone/tablet/desktop/laptop etc for a 30 day period. The recommended number of impressions per household is 10 over the course of the campaign with the mailpiece hitting right in the middle of it.
